Ordering, loyalty, gift cards, and SMS, powered by Toast

Some services are completed through third-party platforms. Carmela Coffee uses Toast to support online ordering and may also use Toast for loyalty, gift cards, and SMS delivery.

What this means in practice:

• When you order online, join rewards, purchase or use a gift card, or opt in to SMS, certain information may be collected, processed, and stored within Toast’s systems to operate those services.

• Toast may maintain records such as account details, transaction history, rewards activity, gift card balance and usage, and SMS consent status.

• Carmela Coffee chooses the message content, timing, and audience for marketing campaigns, but delivery systems and consent management are administered through Toast’s platform.

Payments are processed through Toast and/or its payment partners. Carmela Coffee does not store full payment card numbers on our website.
