  2. DO I NEED TO BE AN INFLUENCER OR HAVE A LOT OF FOLLOWERS?
    Not at all. We’re looking for real people with genuine love for Carmela, not just large platforms. If you’re active, authentic, and excited to spread the word, you’re in the right place.

  3. WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS TO JOIN?
    You’ll need a public Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook account, and ideally live near one of our Carmela locations. Most importantly, you should be passionate about our coffee, our crafted experience, and building community.

  4. HOW ARE AMBASSADORS SELECTED?
    We look for individuals who align with our values, have engaging content, and radiate Carmela energy. We review applications weekly and select ambassadors who feel like a natural fit. If selected, you’ll receive a welcome email.

  5. HOW DO I EARN REWARDS?
    Every time someone uses your personal referral code to order online or visits a Carmela location, you earn points toward free drinks, bites, gift cards, and exclusive experiences.
