At Carmela Coffee, we prepare crafted bites and coffee with real ingredients and thoughtful care. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please tell our team before ordering so we can help you make the best choice.

Common allergens in our kitchen

Our menu may contain, or come into contact with, ingredients that include (but are not limited to):

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Fish

  • Tree nuts

  • Peanuts

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Sesame

Important: cross-contact can happen

Even with careful preparation, we cannot guarantee any menu item is completely allergen-free. Cross-contact may occur through shared equipment, utensils, prep surfaces, or storage.

Ingredient and recipe changes

Ingredients, suppliers, and recipes may change, and some items can vary by location. If you have a severe allergy, always confirm with the team at the store during your visit.

 

Before you order online

If you place an order online (including through third-party platforms), allergy notes may not always be seen in time during peak periods. For severe allergies, we recommend ordering in person or calling the store directly so we can support you properly.

Special diets (gluten-free, dairy-free, vegan)

We may offer items that fit certain preferences, but “gluten-free” or “dairy-free” requests cannot be guaranteed as allergen-free due to possible cross-contact in a shared kitchen.
